St. Christopher's Catholic Church

The new 400 seat worship space and community hall replaced an aging church nearby that had been outgrown. The one-story building incorporates features taken from the old church to fit into the new building to maintain the church’s sense of history.

Dow Centre for Youth

This LEED certified building houses the Big Brothers of Sarnia-Lambton, the Big-Sisters of Sarnia-Lambton and Rebound Sarnia-Lambton. Special care was taken during the construction phase to ensure that the methods and materials used were environmentally sustainable.

Mini-Storage

Wellington Builders houses a 22-unit mini-storage facility on site. These units are 10 x 20 and each has exterior roll-up door access. The facility is monitored by video surveillance, and the OPP station across the road allows for additional security. Design/Build

Wellington Builders offers convenience and efficiency by handling all the details of clients' design/construction project. The design/build process coordinates all aspects of the building process from pre-construction evaluation and initial concept design until construction completion. They work with area architects and engineers to create a specially designed facility that is tailor made for clients' needs, followed by ongoing consultations in every step of the building process.

Petrolia Farmer’s Market

The farmer’s market includes three separate buildings. One houses public washrooms, the second is a canteen, and the third is a large pavilion. The three buildings and associated site work expanded and enhanced the already popular garden market.

Community Wellness and Recreation Centre

This sustainable Green Globes certified facility includes two NHL-sized ice rinks, with six change rooms each, and 750 and 250 seat capacities. The facility also contains a fitness centre with an indoor walking track and gymnasium (operated by the YMCA), a branch of the Middlesex County Library system, a number of activity and multi-purpose rooms, as well as offices for the Community Services Department.

Podolinski Farm Equipment

Over the years, Podolinski’s have been a repeat customer with several additions and new buildings being erected. These buildings range in use from machinery and equipment storage to retail and showroom buildings.
